Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged in transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind
- Used products
- Customized or bulk orders
3. Return Process
- Email us with order number and photos or video
- Our team will review and approve
- Pickup or return instructions will be provided
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Replacement
If replacement is approved, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
